1)Go to that site Enter your EAMCET registration number,if you dont know check you mail id you provided while filling the form.
If you had not downloaded your hall ticket download it from here

2)Enter your EAMCET hallticket number
3)Click "generate rank card"
4)your eamcet rank card will be generated.
